Updated Creator Guidelines

• NO cancellations within 24hours – All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. The client prepares extra ingredients and stock for invited creators, so notifying us in advance helps minimize food waste and disruption.
• Contact us first – If any issues arise, please contact us directly before making any changes on your own.
• Stick to your booked date and time – Please visit on the date and time you have booked. Visiting on a different day or time may cause disruption for the client, especially if they are busy or short-staffed. The client reserves the right to reject your visit if you arrive outside your scheduled slot.
